Do they have specific meanings, beyond what they look like? It looks like it's winking and blowing a kiss.

If you type an emoji on the Google search bar it is recognized, and things like "meaning" are offered.

This page seems to be something official on the subject - it had this on the Google results:
"😘 Face Throwing a Kiss Emoji (U+1F618/U+E418) - iEmoji.com"
(Edit: this page shows a larger, higher resolution picture that has eyebrows and looks more like Luke's costume. The one my phone produces, and the slightly different (somewhat deflated!) way it shows up on IMDB, don't have eyebrows.)

Edit: while editing this post before, I noticed that in the IMDB edit window, the name of the emoji was displayed instead of the icon, like this: "😘". In case that got turned into an emoji, it was "face_throwing_a_kiss" inside square brackets.
