Why did the stenographer not just take off the costume in the first place? It took her like 5 seconds when Mitchell asked her to take it off. I find that absurd. Who's with me?

The whole purpose of the scene was for the costume to bother Mitchell! Was it this episode or another Halloween that Mitchell got some bad advice and went to work dressed as Spiderman?

It was another episode, he had just started at the new job with the Super wealthy boss. That episode is my life, always so close to solving the problem but something constantly gets in the way!
