Why no one wear hairnets or gloves?
Seems like a health hazard nightmare. Bunch of people with medium to long hair not tied back, especially the chef de cuisine and randomly touching cooked food with bare hands. Tina also used the same finger (pinky) to dip into the mashed potatoes to taste test twice, not even using any utensils. I wonder why it's different in this show but in community kitchens they all wear latex gloves of sort. Yes, they even washing hands with soap before taking station but still have to wear gloves.
