Which of the announced Projects will actually ever be released?

I am quite Certain that the Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars (in the current version) are dead in the water. I imagine Secret Wars will be made one day, but not with Kang, and will be much later.

Blade has been scrapped for now, but this is one that people actually want to see. But they need to get it right.
Thunderbolts status is "filming", but so was Blade's. And Daredevil shot half the season before being scrapped.
Fantastic 4 lost the director, and still has no cast. It is a movie that they surely have to make sooner or later though.
I imagine Shangh Chi and Armor wars will be scrapped for things that people actually want to see.

Then we come to the Disney+ shows.

Echo we know is being released in January.

The Agatha series has already been made apparently. But I don't know anything about it. Depends on if the narrative is effected by the changes they need to make I suppose.
Iron Heart has apparently already been made. But then there was a batgirl movie that was completed and never released. Will it be dumped entirely?
Then there was that WAkanda series. A vision series? wouldn't mind seeing that. ,Wonder man is apparently filming.
