Intriguing ideas, fumbled execution (Spoilers)
Love the idea of mathematical equations being magical formulas, hell a dimension of pre-big bang chaos ... but that's so damned hard to pull off. Lovecraft was right (& was his idea that when the elder gods threw down the Great Old Ones that was the Big Bang?). Also didn't quite get the idea of simply counting.
