i was surprised to hear they didn't film it all at once like the lord of the rings trilogy. bad move i think.

I thought the same thing. The movie isn't a complete movie without the second part. If it never gets made, then all Dune fans will feel cheated.

Nov.3rd taking the cancelled Blades date
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dune: Part Two is now scheduled to arrive in theaters on Nov. 3, 2023 from Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros.
