What do you want to happen in 6B?
I honestly don't know where the writers will go from the winter finale.
Hopefully the last ten episodes will wrap it up nicely.
It's hard to say, I mean the Winter finale sort of showed that mostly everyone has got their separate ways. I don't know what the final story will be, but I'm guessing they could do something around the Seniors' graduation though and for the main villian, well it's hard to say who the villian/s could be, maybe a real bad Supernatural creature or they might bring someone back from the past seasons.

As of now 6b will probably be Scott and Liam heavy. Last night's episode proved that Liam can be a great character when he's with the real pack.

Stiles will not be in season 6B. Dylan has finished Teen Wolf and is now now making movies. So no Stiles, no date, no Dylan in 6B.

He hasn't been on the set since he filmed 6A/10. And he's getting ready to leave for South Africa to film Maze Runner 3. He won't be in Teen Wolf 6B. He's finished with Teen Wolf.
