I doubt it. He had nothing to do with his wife Felicity Huffman bribing the school. He even spoke out against it:

I'm sure this will have no impact on Shameless should it continue beyond a tenth season, even though I'm not really looking forward to it without Emmy Rossum.

How ironic is it that Macy on TV, plays a low class ,white trash scam artist and terrible father, and is pulling this kind of stunt in real life!?
