Beautiful silliness

Upon 2nd viewing, I realized a few things that didn't seem to square.

1. All those cops waiting for him to surrender and then rogue cop comes and grabs him with a doorless suv and no one can give chase?

2. The dad lay there dying as rogue cop holds his hand? No need to get him to hospital I suppose.

3. The troupe of serial killers in a random house than then is all of sudden perfectly outfitted for serial killers complete with killer dogs?

4. Rogue cop getting treated at the same hospital and then monologuing right next to the killer as he 'assumes' he's not able to hear his master plan unfold?

There are more I'm sure (the ring discovery!) but this movie demonstrates what a little style will do to make you forget about logic.
