She wanted to go be white together

Loomis is an idiot. She wanted him and he pushed her away. He knew it was over at the lake and told her that he loved her but it was too late. She wanted to explore like he said.

Also it looked like Caleb was daring Loomis to let go at the waterfall. That look in his eyes and that devilish grin. Was I the only one to notice that?

I thought it was possible that he did drop him and lied about him leaving. He didn't seem like he was ready to leave before that scene

Maybe Loomis was referring to hiking trips and such. ?

I thought it was funny (or sad) when he tells her that he loves her, then she almost immediately sneaks one by the goalie on a power play. She decided to "explore" Caleb before the possibility of getting truly serious with John.

Yes, I also noticed the grin on Caleb's face the second time he stumbled. I was waiting for John's countenance to change (like Sgt. Barnes and Sgt. Elias in Platoon).

The thing is, what the hell was Ann thinking? She had to know that John is wondering if & when he was going to have to kill Caleb the whole time. As soon as they slept together it became "when."

Also, I got an empathetic chuckle out of the last scene at the house where Ann wants to have a drink and talk things over. John says it is OK, don't worry, Caleb is left -- then Ann bolts out the door after him.
