shareThere is no reason to think message boards are only for those who have seen the film. Message boards are available way before a film is released, sometimes even before it's confirmed. Lastly I'd like to remind you that the subject lines appear on the main pages of the films as well. OP is right.
shareI never come to imdb.com (especially the message boards) if I don't want to be spoiled. It would be silly to do so. The message boards are the best place on the internet to pick a movie apart in the greatest of detail. So I stay away until I'm ready to hear anything...and everything.
shareI gotta agree with bootblack987... IMDb is about the movie... not just the trailer bits, the whole thing. Don't get mad at others if you go to a specific site, look up a specific movie, click on a specific movies community board, and proceed to scroll through reading posts.
