I believe the character is a woman POSING as a man.

In the stills I've seen she looks disturbingly like Robin Williams.

She looks really creepy in those photos. How many facelifts has she had?

I don't think these shots are exemplary of facelifts but extreme make-up to give her a different bone structure and skin texture.
