Cancelled far too soon
My family was actually enjoying this story and its premise. The problem is, it was a sci-fi show being broadcast on Fox, and Fox hates sci-fi stories if it can't bring in numbers to compete with their idiot shows. They have a history of cancelling sci-fi tv shows post-2007. This might have done better on the sci-fi channel, though based on what I saw with "Defiance," perhaps not.
