Sequel & Prequel in the works

A prequel that is centered on Big Daddy might be interesting. Nicholas Cage could still play the role of Big Daddy but Chloe can't do a prequel because she is no longer the little girl she was in the first Kick Ass. DUH!! She is not 18. A prequel would mean a new actress and I don't want to see anyone else play Hit girl except Chloe because she owns this role. It makes sense to to a movie where the last film left off. It ended with Hit Girl and Kick Ass going their separate. Hit Girl is on the run because she shot bad guys with a cop's gun. Kick-Ass is working with Justice Forever to continue to fight crime. The next movie should center on Hit Girl being on her own and maybe she meets someone else who is interested in crime fighting like she is.

It's a testament to how bad KA2 was that they feel the need to do a prequel, just to get people interested again. I understand the thinking, but they really should be moving forward with KA3. Big Daddy's dead, Hit Girl's all grown up, Dave is...still the main character for some reason.

IDK, I think the biggest problem with a KA prequel is, it won't have KA. Plus, Nic Cage ca nobviously still play Big Daddy but Chloe cannot play a younger Hit-Girl and let's face it, who else could play her?

I like the idea of more Kick ass movies, and its a shame that it suffered with Piracy do people not realise that you are killing the movie business by not paying for a ticket. I also wager most commentators on this board watched this as an illegal download.
