No punishment for Todd?

I think todd/as.s kicker deserves punishment for what he did to Kick As.s. He revealed his true identity and Dave's father dies as a result. Todd didn't know any better but I think there should be a moment where Dave finds outs this and punches his lights out.

He later saved Kick-Ass's pudgy friend during the final fight scene. I think that's redemption.

reply

A redemption, sure, but his actions were still completely unjustified.

Todd was such a pointless character. He only got like pess than 5 minutes of screntime and his only purpose was to be a whiny, bitchy little douchebag who gets ABHORRENTLY upset TO THE POINT WHERE HE BECOMES AN ACCOMPLICE TO MASS MURDER, over nothing, just to joing the other side again in the final fight.

I *beep* hate that bitch todd

watch it agian he thought it was cosplay and was shocked it was all real. he thought it was a joke

reply

The way the film played out, I doubt he even realised his blabbing led to what happened to Dave's dad. Heck; considering how he stopped being friends with Dave, he might not even know the guy is dead.

The movie was great, but I don't remember this character being so terribly dumb in the first movie. Maybe I'll have to watch it again.

The movie needed a scene with Todd and Dave talking about it, something like Todd asking for forgiveness and Dave saying that the blame is not 100% percent because of him, after all, he was kick-ass and by doing that he involved his father.

That would fix that loose end...

Forget Todd. Why wasn't there a punishment for Hit Girl? I'm serious! That girl is a psychotic killer who got away with all her crimes. She needed to be locked up.
