is it a movie that takes place before all three movie or (and this is what I hope for) is it a bridge between the events of the second and third movies?

Matthew Vaughn said he and his team are writing it right now and that they finished writing Kick-Ass 3 already, but want to do Hit Girl first.

I feel like they should do Kick-Ass 3 first. Chloe Moretz will be too old for a Hit-Girl prequel anyways, considering how old she was in the first Kick-Ass.

Or just forget about a prequel and make a HG spin-off.
