what do you think about this seasons format? Chefs as mentors is good in some ways.

I like it, nice to see them take an interest in the cooks and have a stake in their success or failure. Makes the master chefs more a part of the show.

I want to try making Ramsay's poached egg, how he swirls the water and just dumps it right in.
