Talk about a movie spinning out of control

Wow.

The B-Rad kid from Malibu's most wanted, aka Son of Trigger Happy Cop, throws the first punch and beats the snot out of Son of Moto Bandit.

Son of Moto Bandit robs a pharmacy for a bottle of pills and gets away on his trickster bike. (I blame myself for not seeing thtat coming the first time they showed the 2 kids and Son of Moto Bandit had a bike but Son of Trigger Happy Cop just walked.)

The only thing they didn't do was have Son of Moto Bandit show up on election night with a gun and try to assassinate Trigger Happy Cop, but have Son of Trigger Happy Cop see Son of Moto Bandit and jump in front of the bullet.

That would have made as much sense as what did happen.
