I find my self siding with the antagonist a lot in this show.
Detective Fales.. Besides thinking Walt was a racist. He is right about many of the things he said about Walt. Walt did drive to another state to get payback. If someone did that in Walt's country just like Fales.
Nighthorse... Honestly at this point he should file a complaint. It is almost like how on scooby Doo Freddy would always blame everything on Red Herring.
