Most: Courtney, just a terrible person. Willing to protect a rapist and even convince his victim that it never happened. No sympathy at all for her.
Least: Ryan's point that he published her poem and openly wondering why he has to protect a rapist was great dark humor. And absolutely right. Not to minimize his betrayal of Hannah's confidence, but there are far worst things out there.
