Yes he did rape her. His line about you cant rape a whore was saying that he didnt consider it rape because as a whore he likely didnt see her as having the ability to say no.

Of course he did... The ONLY woman he respected was his sister (which is why he went bananas when in his mind she had "whore like" qualitites to her) he thought ALL women except her were whores... (even his wife said one time 'you like it when I'm a whore don't you' or something)... So I'm not really sure she was even a prostitute tbh
