Is this worth watching?

My roommate said season 1 and 2 were good, but he said 3 was "jumping the shark". I need a second opinion because i don't waste time if it turns out to be "meh" after a few episodes.

IMO Season 3 was (on initial viewing) somewhat of a let down from the previous 2 seasons,but I've found that it improves upon re-watching. Plus the last few episodes perfectly sets up what happens in the first few episodes of Season 4.As for Season 4,I found it to be a very VERY close 2cd to Season 2 as the best season,& a vast improvement on S03.

Definitely yes. Although S3 is not quite as awesome as S1 & S2, S3 is still very entertaining. It's just a little frustrating to watch Frank fail more often in S3 (at least for me, I know others want him to fail). But all 4 seasons are great.
