Why is he so upset about the kidney donor whom he bumped down in favor of Frank?
After all the horrible things he's done... it doesn't make sense for him to have guilt on that matter.
He was always shown to have two minds - like he was having second thoughts before murdering Rachel, I guess he secretly feels guilty about doing Frank's dirty work but at the same time he is committed to Frank, there is more to Frank-Doug relationship than what is revealed so far. Which is why I don't think he would last much longer, I think Frank would personally finish him off in the end and anyone else who betrayed him
