Did Douglas have A, B, and C?
Like is he their legit biological father?
I've been watching from the beginning and I'm not sure that has really been addressed.....

No, he grew them in a lab.
However its possible used his own DNA to do so.
So by all rights he is their father, but he might not be biological.
