What were the filming locations used in this movie? (SPOILER ALERT)

This movie was filmed in some very unique and atmospherice locations. Does any one know the name of these locations used in the film?
1. The white house at the opening of the movie. 2. The cemetary where Mr Oscar kidnaps the model. 3. The luxury hotel where Mr Oscar lays on the bed with the dog. 4. The empty department store where XXXX ( SPOILER ) jumps off the roof. Thanks in advance to my fellow Cinephiles or anyone else who can name these locations.

2) The cemetery is Père Lachaise. It's a fantastic place and well worth visiting if you're ever in Paris - Oscar Wilde, Edith Piaf, Marcel Proust and Jim Morrison are all buried there.

4) The empty department store is La Samaritaine. I've written a bit about it here: http://multiglom.wordpress.com/2012/07/11/12-reasons-to-see-holy-motors/

Hope that's some help.

I've been trying to find the name of the church used in the accordion interlude, and came across this site, which you might find interesting. It's in French, but I'm sure Google Translate can help out if you don't speak the language. http://news.celemondo.com/2012/08/holy-motors-les-lieux-de-tournage/

The house isn't 'at the opening of the movie', remember. M Oscar and the characters he becomes may be the sleeper's dream or the film showing in the cinema full of corpses.
I don't know if they're the same or one inspired the other, but the house M. Oscar walks out of looks very like the one M.Hulot's brother-in-law lives in in Mon Oncle.
