Predictable but overall enjoyable.

The movie was great! Except I predicted about 80% of the line and actions. The ending was nice. Not the best film I've seen but it was sweet.

i thought justin timberlake saved this movie from tedium and boredom! amy adams was mediocre but clint is always clint!

Quite predictable indeed with various cliches. If it wasn't for the Eastwood/Adams chemistry then Trouble with the Curve may have been worse.

i just finished re-watching it, which makes for my 2nd viewing of it total, and it dropped off a bit for me this time around as it used to be in my Top 10 movies of 2012 at the #8 spot (with a 7-7.5/10) but not anymore.

i still mildly like it though as it gets better later into the movie but is a bit weaker earlier in the movie which brings the overall movie down for me. i could still re-watch it but given it's only a mild thumbs up for me now chances are i won't get around to re-watching it for years at this point simply because i just got to many other movies that are higher re-watch priority.

6.5-7/10 (a mild thumbs up)

Yeah; I think it was one of those movies that isn't really all that good, but is enjoyable to watch anyway. Kind of like a lot of Paul McCartney songs.

It's an enjoyable entertainment. A good cast amble their way through with no great surprises along the way. I enjoyed it for what it was.

It was an ok film. I enjoyed it I liked the relationship of the father and daughter. It rang true Men of that age don't talk about their feelings.
