Hello, is someone familiar with this character which Martha refers to?
Couldn't find any info about him.

The term "McGee" is a Scottish word/ slang meaning "in excess." So you can put anything in front of it and it means a lot of something. So when she says Suckball McGee it's in reference to that- which is why it's preceded by her asking if she "just sucks?"- that's all that's meant by the name fictitious name Suckball McGee.
