any opinions on the soundtrack?

Is it any good in isolation, has anyone picked it up?

Someone posted back when it was first released and said that they listened to the whole thing and liked it a lot. For my part, I haven't bought it yet but intend to do so ASAP. I can tell from the movie that I personally will enjoy listening to it by itself.

Cool. I'll add it to my Amazon basket, as I have enjoyed the rest of the soundtrack's in the series, I'm pleased to see that it's tradition of having a decent score lives on.

I thought the soundtrack went excellent with the film, but independently I don't know if it holds up

Loved it, but it was too loud in the movie theater.

Watching the movie the only thing I got out of the soundtrack was it felt like such a constant presence. Always there. Always too loud and too intense. It all just ended up as noise to me :/ Maybe listening to it seperately would be a different experience?
