When all of his past ancestors and mother are revealed at the end of the animus, I'm sure that one of the assassins looks just like Sofia and she sees this as she is leaving. Surely this calls into question if she is actually an assassin, and has been tricked into believing she is a Templar.
shareThat scene was a bit confusing... Probably the only part I didn't fully understand. I also thought one of them looked exactly like Sofia but I couldn't say for sure. Even if she used to be an Assassin she became a Templar with the death of her father and is out for revenge now.
I really hope we get a sequel...
Spoiler alert: Sean Bean's character dies
I think it was just Cal blending the female ancestor with Sofia. They looked similar, but it was like he blinked and then focused on her as she walked by.
