I don't get all the hate?

Yeah, as I've said on other threads, there's a difference between people with real, justified opinions (regardless of whether they're good or bad), and trolls. The number of trolls that are lurking here, we could make another Hobbit movie lol. But I've interacted with people who didn't like the film who are reasonable about it. It's easy to tell when someone doesn't belong in that category.

As for me personally, I loved it, but I'm a gamer. It definitely needs that 30 minutes that were cut, and I'm hoping for a director's cut for that reason.

I dont get it either. I just got back from it and i loved it van start to finish.

I've seen worse films as well but I've also seen a hell of a lot better ones. What's wrong with this movie is a disjointed narrative, horrendous character development, terrible directing especially in the action sequences, and ultimate stakes we just don't care about making this an absolute bore. This is a dull film and nothing about it is engaging in any way. With the cast and budget it had at its disposal there is no excuse for it to be as bad and as dull as it is.

It's not a bad film, but why are accepting mediocrity? It is not a good movie, it is not a movie that you will want to watch again. It is exactly what its rating suggests that it is. A very average movie. Thats about the general opinions your getting on this board.
