Was the movie time cut in some parts of where it was released?

I watched a preview in London. The movie was just over 1h 55mins and that's not counting the trailers.

I watched this a few hours ago and it was the same length.

Thank you. A pen pal went to see it on premiere night and she swear it was only 1h 45min. Often US TV shows are cut to reduce time and when we get the full show in the UK. I assumed it was happening with AC as well.
