Nobody wants a PG13 AC movie.
It shouldn't matter what the rating is - what should matter first and foremost is quality. If it's a good/great film and it's either P-13 or R, awesome! If it's PG-13/R and is a terrible movie, tear it apart.

Fact is: rating means dick. There is no correlation between an MPAA rating and a movie being either good or bad. There's nothing inherently mystical about an R-rating - there's just as many $hitty R-rated movies as there are $hitty PG-13 movies. Focus should be on quality, not rating.
