$120 mil budget.. releasing opposite Star Wars

I think it's obvious, this film is going to bomb in the U.S. Anyone else feel like this should've been a February release? (Not that that would've necessarily saved it)

Anyway, my real question is, is China going to save this film like they did Warcraft? (Which I enjoyed by the way, even though most of the acting was terrible, most of the actors were horribly miscast, the props were preposterous, etc.. at least we got to see Warcraftian magic well represented, which was enough for me to enjoy overall. Plus the orcs were really cool)

lol I talked more about Warcraft than this dumb movie, which the critics say is dull and fails to make you care about the characters. The cardinal sin.

Warcraft has a massive fanbase in China but AC doesn't. Plus, there's a possibility that AC will not be released in China.

The problem with video games it seems is that they never make the cool stuff the focus of the film. Warcraft should have been about the orcs and this movie should have been set in the past for most of the film (the single positive aspect of the film apparently).

Whatever you are, be a good one.
