No candle on the first, but more laughs than most above average comedies
The first half or so was a bit slow, and the movie labored at times, but overall I probably laughed a good two dozen times. Of course it's far from perfect, but who cares? A comedy doesn't have to create and maintain an aura of believeability -- it's in it for the yuks, and this movie delivered generously.
