No heroes or villains in this movie.

The lead character also is wrongly accused and suspected, the attackers believe him to be guilty of a terrible deed and being a terrible being, certain characters make mistakes and even inadvertently end up hurting others and there is no blissful and peaceful happy ending in this movie to be seen at all.

Also, what does this say about the existence of good and evil in real life that...

No matter how undeniably terrible, socially damaging and otherwise, and even downright taboo for whatever reasons, such actual abuse matters are, with hurt and affected victims and whatnot...

And even in general the fact that good and evil DOES exist in real life...

We also have matters like "mistaken accusations", however less frequent but still at least on rare occasions existing, happenings in life where the issue is that if someone is WRONGLY punished for something that THEY DID NOT DO, THEIR life takes turn for the worse and they are (in however DIFFERENT but still...) ways hurt as a result including even physically at times like portrayed here?

And that unlike action movies and fairytales where its simple good versus evil and evil is defeated and everyone lives happily ever after, this here, for one, is NOT the case and besides all those other facts here and there...

What does this say about life and our humanity and the existence of good, evil, and "happy endings" in it unlike most movies? Cheers.

It's sad just to think about how many dozens of exonerated/innocent people have been executed in the United States just in the last 50 years or so. This is why so many people are rightfully opposed to the death penalty.
