Security system, but no turret...

Pertaining to the actual plot, what kind of *beep* security system is it if it doesnt have a 360 turret on the roof with port holes? He couldve killed all those turds 20x while they were being artistically menacing outside.

I mean look, this isn't the first siege movie in history, the Templars, 800 years ago, were well aware to build archer towers in all their castles, so that maximum damage is done to an enemy while they are OUTSIDE the castle. I MAY assume some genius engineer and architect would have studied siege warfare and created specific defenses???

Why wouldnt the outside of the home be armed with at LEAST tear gas?? Not to mention electrified??? I mean, you sell the damn security systems right?? Shouldn't you get the top of the line????????????? All you have is thick doors and window shields... Ask for a refund homie.

No doubt. Pretty stupid. One sniper tower and some gas. An MG turret . Maybe a few portholes to shoot st people from your front door. Maybe a backup lighting system so thugs can't shut you down if they cut your power . Maybe a lot of things. Those invading punks would have been wasted by anyone prepared and trained in tactics

I thought the same thing about the turret and ability to defend your home from the roof. Also no separate power source ? Electric fencing ? No escape route out of the house if needed ? That was a worthless security system considering the situation.

Just saw the movie for first time, and thought the same thing! The security system pretty much sucked. As mentioned, there should have been some type of weapon system to kill or scare away anybody that thinks about coming on your property.

After that there should have been some kind of safe room inside the house.

The security system was terrible. It was basically a locked door.
