It's incredible this film was not sued and actually got released

While the film itself is no great shakes, it is totally watchable. It's also amazing it actually got released. In addition to using Disneyland and Disney World without a location permit/release, the filmmaker also used a lot of people at the park without their consent, especially kids who always must have a parent's signature in order to be used in a film or television show. Now that the film is on Netflix, it's only a matter of time before someone sees themself and/or their child on camera and raises a stink. After all, lawsuits are the great American pastime.

AFAIK if it's a public place, permission isn't needed to film someone.

Isn't Disneyland considered private property?

Considering you pay to go to Disneyland I am pretty sure it is private property... I just think Disney could sue if they wanted but the film is not well known enough so they did not want to make the effort..If it was a big release now the filmmakers would have been sued in a heart beat
