Yeah, Maybe it's just me but I know like Detective Lance is getting help from Thea to help him with that infamous bottle BUT, I was first thinking naaawwww It can't be. Can The Detective and Thea be in a romantic relationship?

No it's definitely a family relationship between them also I think Thea understands the whole addiction thing weather it's drinking for lance or Thea buying drugs.
