The Recruits
It’s nice to see Arrow still giving meaningful time to Diggle even though he’s out of Star City. He’s training his own recruits of sorts, leading ops in the field in Latvia. The speech he gives to the scared soldier reminds us just how much of a leader figure Diggle was to Oliver when he started his crusade.
