If I understand correctly, Laurel & Dinah, are their twenty-something selves from the present somehow flung twenty years into the future.

Also why didn't they give William back his memories? He's been as critical to the adventures as Mia is.

I believe so. I think Laurel may have traveled there, but Dinah just wakes up 20 years later from my understanding.

As for William, I'm sure they will next episode since everyone else is waking up too.
