Sky+ this and started watching it then came on here to look for someone and then realized the BBC has shown season 2 first then 1, how come?

I believe they are repeating series 1 (originally shown last year) after having just finished showing series 2

Maybe, but not season 2 for 2 weeks then the very next week season 1, if they were repeating it from last year you would think they would still show them in order. But thanks anyway.

They showed the new series and broadcast the first series the following week.

The first series, I think was also repeated last year as well.

Its that man again!!
