One of the most emotionally deep tv shows I've ever seen. Wow. The Brits blow us away with these kinds of shows.

I'm glad you liked it, one of my favourites. Our episode count has a lot to do with it I think, whereas most US shows would like to drag it out, the UK, sometimes frustratingly so, will only have short and few series of a show, which makes for a tighter and fresher story.

I just finished the second season and thought it was fantastic. I watched the first couple of episodes of Season 1 and was dismayed at its unrelenting grimness, but now I've really gotten into it. Can't wait for the final season!
