Who killed Pepper?

**Spoilers**

So, in the case of two dead sisters, it shows the husband approaching Pepper with a pillow, like he's about to suffocate and kill her.
But then his wife says to Pepper's father, that he poisoned the flask (it wasn't just alcohol).
So, who really killed Pepper? The guy who looked like he was going to smother her with a pillow, or her father by poisoning her with what was in the flask?

Pippa was smothered by Lee. Claire told Ricky that Pippa had a bad reaction to whatever was in the flask. Lee had told Claire that Ricky drugged women in the past and it was Ricky who told Claire to give it to Pippa to calm her down. She kept Ricky quiet but getting him to think he had unintentionally killed his daughter by overdose. She buried the flask in a place only she knew as insurance.
