Just started watching this past week
So far, I'm liking it.
The visuals are stunning but what I'm enjoying is that they've given me a character to care about. Kovaks is a smart, powerful and personally afflicted man. He's a killer for sure but surprising one who has empathy. He has no compunction to hurt bad people, yet seems quietly to hold a set of morals when it comes to dealing with all others. You can tell one thing for sure, that he's lost faith in all humanity. Ortega is interesting as well, especially since she may be harboring two minds in her sleve, the other being the murdered blonde lady who fell from the sky.
