So these films are tying into the new 'monster' universe that ALSO includes Kong and godzilla? Sounds like these might do as bad as warcraft. Although I did enjoy kong...

The trailer was good but I wish they had not rebooted it in the present time. I wish they had kept it in the same time period in the past. Who knows it could be better than the original. And definitely looking forward to a Van Helsing reboot.
Also I wish someone would turn the Dean Koontz Frankenstein books into a movie. The books are well done and a good interpretation of Dracula and the Monster.

Should be interesting. I think the idea of them all being connected will be a great way to get a new generation into dracula, the mummy ect. I do wish we had more of an idea of how it will go? Will van helsing be hunting them all or will the mummy curse someone as a werewolf? It will be great if they did a dracula's house type movie with them interconnecting

That is the Plan. All in one hightlight movie .

Dont know if it is the vsn helsing . I kinda dislike this idea.

Sounds silly.

I rather see something new a MonsterVerse movie will all 6 monsters, dr jekyl/hide as their leader.

That would be new. He was a scientist. I wonder if that were to be worked in would you want them to go the cure route or leave it out entirely?

Right now he may be (russel crowes dr jekyl) what samuel l. Jackson is in AVENGERS

Sad thing is the big gap between THE MUMMY and the next ine ( whivh may be THE BRIDE)

Next could be out 2019 or 2020. This is tooo long to wait ;-(

I agree Jochen. By that time interest will wean and the studio may abandon the project. Also I saw where you posted Van helsing. Won't his movie be drac? Unless it's a prequel but what monster could he face?

I think it will be like THE BRIDE.

A new way of telling the story of the Frankenstein monster.

In Van Helding he is the lead, Dracula the monster of course. Doesnt make much sense right now. Bit lets wait what they will do.

Just like MALEFICENT. Sleeping Beauty was the Support story
