Needs Just a Little Trust (spoilers)

"Sucker falls for misleading tagline years after movie is released". I need to read and trust these multi-year old posts about a movie that I picked at random from movielens.com. Aside from the script, the acting, atmosphere or anything else "Beyond (2014)" has to offer, I don't care because the dream sequence is absolutely by far the worst injection to a plot, or wrap-up to a story than anything else in movieland today, in the past or in the future. Prior to the waking sequence, anything goes. A unicorn jumps out of Cole's ass? Sure. Just a dream. Space aliens? Zaphod Beeblebrox having a few Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters? Excellent.

And they argue and fight throughout the entire film. I get it, by the way. Metaphors for the baby, their turbulent up-and-down relationship, disappointments in life and career, so on. No. I "kind of" get it since that's about as much thought I care to give this dumb/dream film. Don't go about correcting me. It's all a dream.
