You mean the woman who runs the southern district? Lolol, yeah, I noticed her atrocious accent in that episode in which her goons found Tex on the ranch. It was laughable.

People do talk like that, they're just rarely elected to public office. It's more fitting to say people used to talk like that because the accent is thinning.

Not as bad as the cockney immunes, they were laughably bad. I don't understand why when they want a character to speak with a certain accent, they don't just pick an actor/actress that has it.
