What a weird episode with the heavy metal battle along with constant flashbacks and then forwards then demonic daughter. One confusing mess. With a daughter like that you need to put them in timeout/grounded or learn the hard ways of life when they run off then either come back crying or get raped/OD/other.
shareYep, this was totally bizzare. The music started during the fight and I was like OK...then it ramped up and they started cutting in the daughter's meltdown and I was thinking WTF? Whoever is responsible for that needs firing. Can you imagine being the person cutting that? 'You want me to do what? Cut that with that? OK, whatever you say boss'
Also, those bad guys were total morons. They had the superior position and could have easily won. Just spammed frags and smokes through the window and wait it out. But no, they have to climb into their demise. Idiots.
If this wasn't the final season, I don't think that edit would have ever made it to air. But heads in charge were probably like screw it, don't matter.
Also, the little girl appeared to be doing some pretty intense acting. That edit crapped all over her performance. And seeing Chandler have to deal with that might have been pretty compelling. Or maybe it all came off like crap and that's why they did that. Who knows.
