Who knew what about who? (major spoilers)
Who knew that Lorraine was Satchell, and would all of that be on the list? Spyglass would've known if it was, so couldn't be sure where he would end up after his defection. Percival knows a few things, but is in it for himself as much as any loyalty to MI6.
