They look no different from the first movie. Only difference is they're carrying a kid around with them. They look much too young to have kids. They should look like adults which they don't to me lol.

shareWell, as someone above said, Mavis will age very slowly because she's immortal. But I think Johnny is still portrayed as young because he is rather immature for his age. Maybe that's part of the appeal for a girl who will never grow old, having a partner who is also young at heart.
